At the house of ECDF, We want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return procedure that complies with European consumer rights regulations.

1. Return period

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, without having to provide a reason.
  • After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns, except in cases of warranty due to manufacturing defects.

2. General conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition , must be “unused, unopened, in its original packaging”, unused and with all its original accessories, manuals, tags and packaging.
  • Returns of products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or lack of proper care will not be accepted.
  • In the case of products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. personal devices, in-ear headphones, etc.), returns will not be accepted if the seal has been broken.

3. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

  • If you receive a product defective , a product damaged during transport or a product different from the one you ordered, you must report it in 7 working days following receipt.
  • The legal right of withdrawal is respected even if the product is tested, unless sealed for hygiene reasons (example: deodorant stick)
  • In this case, the return and replacement costs will be borne by ECDF .
  • Depending on the case, you can choose between a free replacement Or a full refund .

4. Return costs

  • If you return a product following a withdrawal (change of mind), the return costs will be at your expense in accordance with local law in Europe .
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, ECDF will bear all shipping costs.

5. Return Process

  1. Request your return by sending an email to info@eclatsdefemmes.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
  2. We will send you instructions and, if applicable, the return label.
  3. Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and verify the items, we will process a refund or replacement.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days after receipt and inspection of returned products.
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
  • In case of partial refund, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded .

7. Exclusions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products.
  • Hygiene or health products sealed once opened.
  • Products damaged by misuse or incorrect installation.

8. Legal guarantee

Regardless of this return policy, all our products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee provided for by European Union regulations.
