Shipping Conditions – ECDF
At the house of ECDF, We ensure your orders arrive quickly, securely, and transparently. Below you will find all the information regarding delivery times, costs, delivery areas, and special conditions.
1. Delivery areas
We are currently shipping all over Europe .
- We also deliver outside Europe.
2. Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the method chosen when confirming the order:
- DHL Express delivery (3 to 5 working days) : €6.90

DHL Standard Delivery (5 to 7 working days : €3.90)
Delivery times begin upon confirmation of payment.
Shipping charges apply to everyone in Europe and outside Europe
3. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and are displayed before finalizing the order.
- For large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply, which will always be communicated to the customer in advance.
- In some promotions, delivery may be free (this will be clearly stated in the offer).
- DHL Express delivery (4 to 5 working days) : €6.90

4. Delivery process
- Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchasing process.
- Delivery is made to street level (nearest sidewalk/access point).
- If you select the service "with editing" (if available), your order will be delivered and installed at the place of use.
5. Order tracking
Once shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's platform.
6. Impossibility of delivery
If the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (absence, incorrect address, unjustified refusal), the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Transport risk
- The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
- In case of visible damage to the packaging, we recommend that you note it on the delivery slip and report it immediately to info@eclatsdefemmes.com .
8. Special shipments and bulky goods
- For heavy or bulky items (electric bikes, large household appliances, etc.), delivery can be made via a specialized carrier.
- The customer must ensure that access conditions (doors, elevators, stairs) allow the transport of the product.
9. Delays and force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics or other causes of force majeure .
- In any case, we will inform the customer of any incident as soon as possible.
