1. Purpose and scope of application

2. Purchasing process and contract formation

  1. The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an electronic catalog without contractual character.
  2. By clicking on the button "Place order with payment obligation", the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
  3. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract, unless expressly stated otherwise in the contract.
  4. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by express confirmation or upon delivery of the products.

3. Prices, taxes and billing

  • All prices include the current French VAT and are expressed in euros.
  • Delivery costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated before finalizing the purchase.

4. Conditions of delivery and transport

  • Standard delivery times are 5 to 7 working days (€3.90)
  • Express option: 3 to 5 working days (€6.90) .
  • Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer within the European shipping zone .
  • The risk of accidental loss is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a 30 calendar day withdrawal period from receipt of the product to return it without justification.

  • The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days after receipt of the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or shipping error.
  • Personalized or hygienic sealed products (e.g. used electronic devices) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty and liability

  • All products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European regulations.
  • In the event of a defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modifications to the product.

7. Payment methods
